As a result of the rebrand and marketing strategy, RainKing has experienced a 50% boost in lead generation, a 30% increase in close rate with revenue growth nearly doubling for 3 consecutive years. Matworks, Flooring Manufacturer, 2012-2014 / Worked directly with CEO and Chairman as Creative Director and Brand Consultant for new retail division. Launched a new line of flooring products marketed through the world’s largest retailers and club stores (Walmart, Sam’s, Costco). Led an 8 member team in branding, positioning and research & reporting. Created product line name, packaging and brand identity.  Secured trademark protection and matching domain name.  Brought new division from start-up to $32M in 3 years.

AlarisHealth, Long-Term and Acute Care Service Providers, 2012-13 / Creative Director and Brand Strategist  for rebranding of Omni Health Systems of New Jersey–an approximately $400 million, 18-center healthcare organization–including renaming, secured trademark protection, secured matching domain name, brand identity, positioning, strategy; Delivered both print and digital touch points plus signage, company-wide employee engagement strategy and execution.
